Producing and Milling Of Rice
Tabaar commodities is a leading supplier and exporter of many varieties of Rice like Super Kernel Basmati Rice, 1121 (Steam, white, parboiled) Rice, PK-386, IRRI-6, IRRI-9 & C-9 from Pakistan. Our rice is available in all broken percentages (5, 10, 25, 100 etc), in different Polishing (normal polish, double polish, silky polish etc.), well cleaned, extra-well milled, sortexed and different grain lengths. Also available in Basmati and Non-Basmati in bulk quantity.
To bring the best quality product is our main objective that’s why our rice pass through from multi-process to attain such quality to fulfill the demands of our customers.
Steps of Rice Processing:
Procurement
Rice Mill buys paddy or rice directly from the farmers. Rice mill needs to apply expertise and time for selection of Rice Paddy and this procured paddy describe the quality of final product. Most of the rice mills purchase from broker instead of farmers. When farmer or broker arrive on mill gate, paddy samples are drawn from each bag by experienced samplers. After that Paddy Selectors check the quality and selected samples forwarded to quality assurance department for testing and analysis.
Husking
Before milling procedure, mill house again cleaned the paddy and ensure all impurities eliminated by pre-cleaning plant. After that, an aspirator blow out the husk of rice and rice grains are separated by table separator and further screened by special graders to eliminate unhealthy green grains.
Polishing
After selection and screening, rice grain pass through different polishing machines for different grades like normal polish, double polish, silky polish etc as desired by our customers.
Sorting
The double and silky polished rice is then led into sorting machines to eliminate all discolored rice grains. Sorted rice for export is first collected in enclosed rice bins and packed into bags than deliver to our customers.
